– All parcels are shipped registered with FEDEX, DHL or DPD courier. You’ll receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email, don’t ask for it. 

– Allow up to 15 working days for processing and shipping.

– We don’t accept reservations, orders cancellations and item replacements. You’ll get what you’ll order.

– All additions to the orders that have already been placed must be done creating a new order. No more email additions.

– We are NOT responsible for lost or damaged items. LPs are always shipped outside jackets, with carton stock + airball to avoid damages and we only ship with registered mail to avoid any kind of problems. Don’t tell us how to pack parcels.

– CUSTOMS: if the customs control of your country delays the delivery of the parcels it’s not our responsibility. By ordering (explicit material) you accept this. 

– PayPal is unavailable. We accept credit card (Stripe), bank transfer and cash (€) in a registered letter (ask for address).

– NO TRADE. All emails regarding trades will be ignored.

– ASRAR Records is a VAT registered company. Starting from 1st July 2021, all final prices are calculated including the VAT of your country.
