  • Body Checks (DEU) – Tätowiert & Kahlgeschoren LP 26.88

    RAC/Oi!

The official Body Checks Tattooed & Shaved Head re-release! No pirated printing, no “private edition” and no “imported fan edition” from dubious scene crooks at brothel prices!

The legendary LP by the band from the Lower Rhine (Duisburg / Kamp-Lintfort) from 1984 heralded the era of German-speaking, patriotic skinhead music. Now finally legally available again on the original label Rock-O-Rama Records. Compared to the original, three songs on this recording had to be replaced by two songs from the demo tape. Of course, the whole thing has been digitally remastered to let the old tunes sound fresh!

  • Bomber (DEU) – Das Böse Lebt LP 26.88

    RAC/Oi!

When this disc first saw the light of day in 1992, the album hit like a bomb. The musical comparison was too blatant in contrast to what had previously populated the sound grooves and CDs of the relevant labels, no strumming and noise, but razor-sharp guitar riffs and rock-hard drum sounds. And with a vehemence that the inclined consumer was only used to from heavy metal groups from professional studios up to this point. It’s been a long time! Anyone who wasn’t there back then is welcome to grab it today and treat themselves to these pleasant metal showers again (or for the first time?).

Due to the increasingly narrow corridor of opinion in the Federal Republic of Germany in 2019, accompanied by politically desired criminal prosecution, two songs unfortunately had to be removed compared to the original CD. The tracks “The boat is full” and “Why do you stay silent?” are NOT included on this record!

  • Bran (CZ) – Odcházení CD 14.88

    Black Metal

Bohemia’s BRAN are a power-trio of ancient black metal might and majesty. To be sure, they exhibit the splendorous, spellbinding riff-sorcery so endemic to their country’s black metal idiom, but instead of hypnotizing monochromaticism, BRAN’s epic constructions are always unfolding, always blossoming with a strict sense of narrative flow, surprising and engaging at every turn. Indeed, their Odcházení debut is a march across rarefied lands, for not only does it retain palatably clear production, rendering their ruminations in their most powerful state, but there’s a pronounced grounding in actual METAL here – but thankfully, without any goofy party posturing or “metal brotherhood” bollocks.
